Limited Edition Prints & Greeting Cards

Australian Orders

  • Free shipping Australia-wide

International Orders

  • We offer free international shipping to a select number of countries.
  • Free International shipping on orders over $75 AUD
  • Orders under $75 AUD – Flat rate shipping $10 AUD

  • All items are sent via Australia Post.
  • A confirmation email and an Australia Post tracking number will be sent at the time of dispatch.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes
  • Limited Edition Prints are printed to order. Please allow 5 business days for production time before dispatch
  • If ordering multiple prints, up to 3 prints can be carefully packed and safely shipped in one heavyweight cardboard tube. Please contact Camellia if separate packaging is required.
  • Free in-store pickup is available

Original Artwork

  • Simply email Camellia listing the artwork that you wish to purchase and your shipping address.
  • All packages are sent via Australia Post, Pack & Send or a professional art courier service depending on the size of artwork and destination
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • Free in-store pickup is available
  • Free local delivery available – please contact Camellia to check if we deliver to your location.

International Orders

  • For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs. Please see below for estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched.
    Standard Parcel Service
    • New Zealand: 7 - 14 business days
    • Asia Pacific: 5 - 15 business days
    • United States & Canada: 9 - 15 business days
    • The United Kingdom & Europe: 10 - 20 business days
  • Customs clearance may add to the delivery time of international orders. Any fees, tariffs, or duties associated with international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The recipient may incur duties and taxes which are imposed by the local government in the destination country
  • These cannot be estimated before shipping. These costs are outside of our control and are not included in the purchase price
  • We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided
  • We do not mark packages as gifts or samples, all prices will be shown for custom clearance.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Camellia's gallery in Mosman. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 1 - 5 pm Saturdays or by appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

RETURNS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at camellia@camelliamorris.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
